Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center President to Serve as MCHC Board of Directors Treasurer
Chicago, Ill. – Oct. 18, 2013 – Susan Nordstrom Lopez, president of Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, has been elected to serve as treasurer of the Metropolitan Chicago Healthcare Council’s (MCHC) Board of Directors.
Nordstrom Lopez has served on the MCHC Board of Directors for the past three years. MCHC is a membership and service association comprised of more than 150 hospitals and health care organizations working together to improve the quality of health care services in the metropolitan Chicago area.
“I’m honored to be able to further serve the health needs of Chicago through this new position on the MCHC Board of Directors,” Nordstrom Lopez said.
As a member of the MCHC Board of Directors, Susan Nordstrom Lopez will continue to provide valued leadership to further the mission of MCHC and improve the delivery of health care in the greater Chicago region.
