Milwaukee, Wisc. & Downers Grove, Ill. — Recognized for delivering exceptional patient care, 15 Advocate Aurora Health hospitals have been named to the U.S. News & World Report 2018-2019 Best Hospitals list, announced today.
Of those, 11 hospitals are distinguished as Best Regional Hospitals and two obtained elite national ranking: Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisc. and Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove, Ill. For the second consecutive year, Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center claimed the top spot in Southeastern Wisconsin and second in the state.

Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center, Aurora Medical Center Grafton and Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay, Wisc., ranked in the Top 10 in Wisconsin. Four Advocate sites ranked in the Top 10 in Illinois: Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, Ill., Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital, Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Ill., and Advocate Sherman Hospital in Elgin, Ill.
U.S. News & World Report separately named Advocate Children's Hospital in June to the prestigious Best Children's Hospitals national rankings, bringing the total number of recognized Advocate Aurora Health hospitals to 16 this year.

For the 2018-19 rankings, U.S. News evaluated more than 4,500 medical centers nationwide in 25 specialties, procedures and conditions. In the 16 specialty areas, 158 hospitals were ranked in at least one specialty. In rankings by state and metro area, U.S. News recognized hospitals as high performing across multiple areas of care.
