Advocate Good Samaritan Health and Wellness Center offers more than 70 free ongoing group exercise classes each week, included with membership. Vary your routine with exercise classes that include yoga, Pilates mat, Zumba, water aerobics, interval training, strength, and spin. Our state-of-the-art aerobic flooring absorbs shock, is easier on the joints, and prevents injuries. Some exercise classes and programs, but not all, require registration or a fee.
