You will be asked whether you have current advance directives – legal documents that allow you to express your end-of-life care decisions and wishes in the event that you are unable to make those decisions yourself.

Your personal nurse navigator
Mickey Nottoli, RN, will be with you every step of the way – before, during and after your surgery, and whether you have total knee or total hip surgery. Mickey will also help personalize and manage your care plan, which will include:
- Comprehensive education
- Care coordination with your orthopedic surgeon and other caregivers
- Discharge planning to help you begin your recovery as strongly as possible
