Individual therapy

We provide behavioral health services to treat a wide range of issues. Our clinicians will complete a thorough evaluation and provide treatment based on the presenting symptoms and concerns.

Symptoms we treat through behavioral therapy

  • Stress/Anxiety – Stress and anxiety are commonly experienced by everyone. However, at high levels, they can start to produce adverse physical effects and lead to life-threatening depression.
  • Depression – When left untreated, depression can worsen and eventually become life-threatening. If you or anyone you know is having thoughts of self-harm or suicide, immediately call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at  1-800-273-8255.
  • Grieving/Coping with loss – Losing a loved one can be extremely difficult, especially when trying to cope alone. Our grief counselors are trained to help you through the coping process, no matter how you are expressing your grief.
  • Academic problems – Children, adolescents and young adults with learning disabilities often struggle emotionally in an academic environment. Individual treatment can remediate stress experienced at school, and improve the learning process for patients.
