Learn how to schedule appointments with Advocate providers

It's easy and convenient to make an appointment with an Advocate provider, whether you already have a doctor or specialist or are looking for a new care team. You can schedule via the LiveWell app or website, online or by phone.

How to schedule an appointment in LiveWell

You'll need to create a LiveWell account to schedule an appointment in the app or website.

1. Select Schedule an appointment from Visits on the LiveWell website, or select Schedule an appointment from Manage appointments in the LiveWell app.
2. Select the appointment options that work for you to finish scheduling your appointment.

When you’ve found your own doctor or new provider in the results, select Schedule now (if available) or View profile to learn more about the provider.
