Services designed with your health in mind
Better choices create better healthy habits. The concept of wellness is a holistic one, as it encompasses the body, the mind and the spirit. Good Samaritan's Health and Wellness Center's clinical services help you make better choices. Each service is designed and dedicated to help you become the healthiest you can be and covers everything from managing and preventing disease to getting in shape with a personal trainer. Whatever you're striving toward, clinical services can help you reach your goals … and beyond! As part of our dedication to this, the Center has developed a variety of wellness services and programs under our personal training department to meet your health and wellness needs:
- Jump Start Your Heart [PDF] program that addresses prevention and progression. Members will be provided with education and resources that help them understand the importance of managing their fitness programs based on individual fitness levels.
- POW - Pathways of Wellness [PDF] that allow members to measure success and progress in their exercise programs.
- Personal training services developed by our professional certified personal trainers can provide instruction and support for the beginning exerciser to the advanced athlete, helping each individual attain specific goals.
- Nutritional counseling and weight management services that help members make informed food choices and develop daily physical activity habits.
