We provide evaluation and therapy services for children from birth through school age who are experiencing developmental challenges related to delayed or atypical development. Rehabilitation therapies help children achieve their highest potential by facilitating language, motor and sensory/cognitive development. Services include:

  • Speech and language therapy
  • Occupational therapy
  • Physical therapy
  • Audiology

Therapists work closely with the medical and behavioral health staff of the PDC to provide comprehensive family focused services. Many of the therapists have specialized training in the following areas:

  • Developmental issues of premature and medically fragile infants
  • Language disorders including childhood apraxia of speech and stuttering
  • Language, sensory and motor issues related to autism
  • Motor disabilities such as cerebral palsy
  • Neonatal and childhood feeding disorders
  • Sensory integration disorders
  • Difficulties with attention and behavioral regulation
