Our trainers also hold advanced degrees with years of specialized experience. Each trainer has varied backgrounds and knowledge bases to help you reach your fitness goals.

Land Based Personal Training
Each individual has unique exercise needs and goals. Our land based personal training can provide instruction for the beginning exerciser to the progressing athlete. A personal trainer will help design a custom exercise program for you. Each program is individualized and designed to help you attain your goals.
Aquatic Personal Training
Our aquatic instruction is geared to the individual looking for a low impact workout, or for individuals who are pregnant, overweight, or recovering from injury. Aquatic personal training can assist in weight loss, increased flexibility, and increase muscle tone. Alos appropriate for individuals with poor balance.
Pilates Allegro Reformer Personal Training
Pilates is designed to work directly with the deepest muscles in the body, creating a strong core while elongating and strengthening muscles. A Pilates personal trainer will help you increase flexibility and balance while improving posture and alignment.

To make a first-time appointment for personal training, fill out a personal training request form at the Wellness Center front desk. Indicate preference as to the type of service, time of day and day of week, and name of trainer, if applicable. The personal training supervisor will contact you to set up an appointment.
